Line Dancing

Line dancing is on every Thursday evening at the village hall and everyone is welcome.

7.00-7.45 (Easy beginners)

7.45-8.30 (Harder beginners

8.30-10.00pm (Intermediates)

Just turn up, you don’t have to book, and your first lesson is free. No special clothing is needed, just wear something comfortable.

Line dancing is not only a good form of exercise but is also relieves stress and triggers the release of endorphins, the “happy hormones”. It is a great form of exercise, can help with balance and can play a huge role  in improving your fitness and mental health.

 

It also allows us to become more connected and social and is a great way to meet new people.
