How to book the hall.
  • Check that the date and time you want are available by viewing the calendar here or emailing your requirements to

  • If you wish to view the hall and facilities, please let us know in that email.

  • Include which part or parts of the hall you want to hire and whether you wish to be sole user.

  • Once you have confirmation that the date and time are free, download a booking form, complete it and either scan and email it or hand it in to the letter box on the village hall gate. At the same time you need to provide a £100 booking/breakages deposit which can either be paid by BACS or cheque. Your booking isn’t regarded as firm until this deposit is received.

  • If you have any special requirements or questions, please let us know by email.

  • Once your hire fee is confirmed you will be required to pay 50% of the hire cost one month before the event or at the time of booking if you book less than one month in advance.

  • The final payment is required 2 weeks before the event and this will include hire fees for the stage if you have booked it.

  • If you cancel at any point up to 2 weeks prior to the event then your deposit and hire fee are fully refundable. If you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice then you will receive your deposit and 50% of your hire fee.

  • Your deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the event, providing you have met the terms of the hire agreement (attached to the booking form) and that the hall is left clean and with no damages.
