A warm welcome all year to our free Wednesday coffee morning.

Tea, coffee and homemade cake with healthy options.

Come along 11.00 every Wednesday morning.

Originally set up to compliment our Take a Seat & Get Mobile class, this coffee morning is open to anyone who wants to join us on a Wednesday morning.

You don't have to join in the exercise class, but you are welcome to if you want.

There is tea, coffee, homemade cake and we try to include a healthier option for those who want it.

We have recieved funding from Shropshire Social Services and the National Lottery to offer this social opportunity for two years.

Come along and join us, bring your old friends, meet some new ones.
