The prices you see here include lighting, hot water, use of all toilet and kitchen facilities, crockery etc, tables and chairs.
Sadly, due to rising emergy costs we now have to charge a heating surcharge in the winter months (see details below)

The Big Event
Time to set up the day before your big event from 6pm. Sole use of the building and all facilities from 7am to 1am the next day. Plus time to clear up the next day from 7am to 11am.
Other combinations can be negotiated
Heating Surcharge
The heating surcharge is applied to all bookings where heating is requested. It only applies to the number of hours of heating required and depends on the number of rooms booked.
Small hall only - £1 per heated hour
Main hall only - £2 per heated hour
One hall and one other room - £3 per heated hour
e.g. main hall and kitchen
More than two rooms - £4 per heated hour
e.g. main hall, kitchen and bar or whole building
Please note we do not heat the lobby.
